A Serious Exhortation to the Guardians of the Free World：
Freedom of information can
reshape the statecraft of the United States; freedom of information can sustain
human civilization indefinitely. Freedom of information can cleanse corrupted
souls; freedom of information can destroy Yellow Soviet (Yellow Russian) Tyranny.
This article will seriously explore two vital agendas — "freedom of
information" and "the governance of state affairs" — exposing
the cognitive limitations of the U.S. government and the grave, collective
failures it has committed. Its purpose is to sound a warning to the United
States, urging it back onto the right path.
First, we must acknowledge
this: as a government authorized by the people and produced through democratic
elections, the United States possesses undeniable legitimacy to govern. This is
a vital cornerstone of civilization, one that distinguishes modern democratic
systems from backward autocratic rule. But legitimacy to govern does not mean
flawlessness, and a mandate from the people does not mean immunity from
criticism. Yet your governing efficacy and strategic foresight in the
information age have remained, without exception, a source of grave concern.
A democratic regime rooted in
the soil of freedom carries within it an inherent vulnerability — one that so
often lies in the laxity and disconnection of its regulatory mechanisms. The
world at large has come to accept this as the necessary price of safeguarding
freedom. Yet it must be understood: the premise of democracy demands full
respect for, and protection of, citizens' rights to freedom — and this, it
would seem, sits uneasily with the so-called "free society" of the
information age. The vast majority have thus been led into confusion on this
point, and you yourselves are no exception, trapped in this very same cognitive
misconception — even to the point of mechanically enshrining an 18th-century
constitution as sacrosanct dogma. And it is precisely here that the root of
every problem truly lies.
1. What Are the Boundaries of "Freedom" ?
It must be recognized that
freedom and democracy are conferred upon the people through institutional
architecture, while the people, in turn, must relentlessly strive to preserve
and defend these hard-won triumphs of civilization. Yet you all too often overlook
the true essence of freedom and obscure its boundaries! What, then, is
"freedom"? — The ultimate purpose of freedom is to defend human
dignity; the ideal state of freedom is to build a healthy and sustainable order
of civilization. Freedom is not license; freedom is not chaos; and freedom is
certainly not absolute, unbridled indulgence without a bottom line. The
survival and perpetuation of freedom must rest upon a healthy social order.
Therefore, this text does not
dispute the inherent value of the American democratic system, but rather issues
a stern warning against the long-standing strategic lethargy and institutional
flaws of the U.S. government regarding governance in the information age.
Wielding immense influence over the free world, you ought rightfully to
shoulder a historical responsibility that transcends your self-interest. From
this vantage point, the U.S. government has indeed committed an inescapable
strategic folly, and the charge of "dereliction of duty" stands as a
grave indictment impossible to wash away. The flaws in your institutional
design warrant rigorous scrutiny, the narrowness of your strategic vision
demands severe warning, and your lack of historical foresight merits
uncompromising interrogation.
2. Archaic Institutions and the Disconnect of the Times
You remain almost entirely
blind to the dialectical truth that "without damming, there is no flow;
without stopping, there is no progress." Consequently, in drafting
constitutions and fulfilling regulatory duties, you repeatedly misstep and remain
passive on all fronts — still applying an outdated 18th-century constitution
wholesale to the information age. This is profoundly out of step with the
times! To be sure, you may not yet have heard the fable of "the man of Chu
crossing the river," you may not yet have grasped the moral of
"carving a mark on the boat to find a lost sword," and you may not
yet comprehend the principle that "as times change and circumstances
shift, laws and institutions must be adapted accordingly."
The defining hallmark of the
information age is the uninhibited flow of information. And the greatest power
of information lies in its capacity to dominate human thought. The information
age is by no means something an "American Constitution" drafted in
1787 can fully encompass and govern! When people champion the notion that
technology knows no borders, they overlook the undeniable reality that
information itself must first be borderless. Technological advancement cannot
exist apart from the exchange of information. One must grasp the simple truth
that the core of the information age is not technology, but information itself!
The free flow of information is
the lifeblood of civilization; that information can dominate thought is an iron
law of the era. The free flow of information is a vital prerequisite to ensure
that information is not manipulated, as well as an all-encompassing,
monumentally important topic. People's views and convictions regarding anything
are merely external feedback based on the information they consume. Thus, it
stands to reason: without intake, there is no perception; without perception,
there is no opinion. But the most terrifying attribute of information is
precisely its power to shape, dominate, and dictate human minds! Anyone who
consumes no information is inevitably reduced to mere inert vegetation. But
once people are passively force-fed information that is false, radical, toxic,
tampered with, anti-freedom, anti-democratic, anti-civilizational, and
anti-human — what then are the consequences?
The answer speaks for itself:
this is called being poisoned, brainwashed, and manipulated — inevitably
devolving into the vassals, puppets, and henchmen of the information feeders.
This represents the most covert, most perilous, and most destructive form of
ideological hijacking, mental control, and thought poisoning. Do not dismiss
this as mere fantasy! Do not dismiss this as alarmist hyperbole! The global
social ecosystem is unfolding in precisely this manner. Consider the most
glaring counterexample: to preserve its communist tyranny at all costs, the
Yellow Soviet CCP has long executed a protracted, comprehensive campaign of
information infiltration and information poisoning against the international
democratic community. Yet toward its own people, it has imposed the harshest,
most brutal, and most malicious falsification, blockage, and suppression of
information.
Yet what about you? — Time and
again, you commit those disgraceful acts of dereliction of duty that leave the
world in deep anguish and indignation. To put it bluntly, you are blatantly
aiding a tyrant in committing atrocities! You are even suspected of long having
played a covert duet with communist tyranny. You may very well reject this
charge, but such is the undeniable reality. On a certain level, it can be said
that you have cooperated with them seamlessly — perhaps not out of your
original intent. Yet precisely because the ideals of so-called "freedom
and democracy" that you hold sacred have been repeatedly and cleverly
exploited, eroded, usurped, and auctioned off by communist tyranny, you end up
cheerfully laundering its bloodstained hands and counting its dirty money on
their behalf!
3. Media Freedom's Alienation and the Deprivation of Freedom of Speech
What leaves the world utterly
dumbfounded is this: the U.S. Constitution and its subsequent amendments have
thoroughly blurred the boundaries of "freedom"! They have completely
conflated the "freedom of speech" that citizens ought to enjoy with
the so-called "freedom of information" possessed by the media,
mistakenly believing that safeguarding the media's freedom of information is
equivalent to defending citizens' freedom of speech. This is profoundly
mistaken! Little do they realize that the media is, in essence, an extension of
citizens' speech, not an independent power unto itself. Today's international
media has already become, in effect, an unregulated independent kingdom, a
lawless enclave, long since thoroughly infiltrated by authoritarian capital and
dictatorial forces. The result: certain groups of people have been ruthlessly
stripped of their right to access the truth, while civil liberties have instead
been severely eroded.
When it comes to "freedom
of information," this is a matter of paramount gravity and extraordinary
weight. What the media possesses under the name of "freedom of
information" is, in reality, "freedom of the media." As for the
relationship between media freedom and freedom of speech — we must cut through
the complex, tangled surface of reality and strike directly at its essence,
without being deceived by appearances. How did the media come into being? It
arose out of the need to express speech, exchange opinions, voice viewpoints,
propagate ideas, and disseminate truth. Its essential nature is a structural
extension of citizens' freedom of speech — the organized, scaled-up, and
channelized manifestation of freedom of speech. It is thus evident that media
freedom is rooted in freedom of speech and must remain subordinate to citizens'
freedom, never superior to it. Media freedom is a derivative right, while
freedom of speech is the fundamental right. Media freedom must serve freedom of
speech, and must never turn around and suppress citizens' freedom of speech —
otherwise, civil liberty would be left utterly hollowed out. If citizens lose
their basic right to express speech, this is not merely being silenced — it is
being imprisoned. If the media is hijacked by a regime, then the people
inevitably lose their right to have a voice at all. This can be proven in
reverse by any authoritarian system whatsoever, the Chinese Communist Party's
tyranny being the most extreme case of all.
Democratic polities typically
use their constitutions to grant the media sufficient freedom so as to
safeguard the free flow of information. This is the inherent function and
foundational concept of traditional constitutions. But the core contradiction lies
here: in today's information age, the media often, on the one hand, obtains
constitutional protection under the false pretense of "freedom of
information," while on the other hand, under the pretext of
"maintaining platform order," it brazenly and unscrupulously
infringes upon — even outright deprives — the freedom to access information and
express speech that peoples of different ethnic groups or regions ought
rightfully to enjoy, all while conducting itself as though this were entirely
righteous and self-evidently justified. This reveals that the so-called right
of media freedom has already been generalized, abused, and has lost the very
foundation of legitimacy upon which the media's existence rests — namely, the
safeguarding of freedom of speech.
And the U.S. government is
precisely the same! On the one hand, it grants the media broader freedom
through its constitution; on the other hand, it hopes to maintain a castrated,
narrow, regionalized, and discriminatory form of freedom of speech — this is
deeply unreasonable. As a free nation that champions universal values and
believes in inalienable human rights, as a leader of the democratic world and a
builder of the free world order, it instead takes the lead in carrying out
racial discrimination and regional blockades — this is undoubtedly a supreme
irony! You are, through your own actual conduct, negating and destroying the
very core values you claim to uphold with all your might. Is it only the
freedom of speech of your own citizens, only the freedom of speech within the
free world, that deserves to be respected — that is worthy of respect? This is
utterly unreasonable! It also plainly violates the principles of natural law.
Information, of course, ought
to flow freely! Yet the very problem lies precisely here: those media outlets
that loudly proclaim freedom of speech are, through narrow-minded, selfish, and
despicable operations, deliberately and specifically depriving people of their
right to access information, cutting off the channels through which they might
absorb information — especially targeting ordinary people trapped in
communist-occupied territories. The terrifying consequences of this are truly
unimaginable, chilling to the bone! And what is the U.S. government's response
to all this? — It proactively compromises on the "freedom of speech,"
"freedom of information," "media freedom," and so forth
that are supposedly safeguarded under the archaic framework of an outdated
constitution. It has never dared to cross that line by even a single step, and
thus finds it inconvenient to step in and intervene. Even if it were to
intervene, it would be to no avail — it can only stand by helplessly, watching
passively, utterly without action!
4. The United States, Too, Is a Victim of "Information
Manipulation"
Given that information wields
such immense power, the manner in which it flows must inevitably become a
double-edged sword. When information does not flow freely, it deceives and
misleads; only when it flows freely can the truth be known. Let us examine how
today's media outlets manipulate information:
1. Using Information Manipulation to Sway Elections. Within America's
political and information ecosystem, the use of information manipulation by
media outlets to sway elections has long ceased to be the stuff of science
fiction — it is a precision manipulation matrix built upon the attention
economy, behavioral psychology, and the black box of big data. These media
outlets need not directly alter ballots behind the scenes; they need only
reconstruct the daily information flow received by hundreds of millions of
voters, and they can, silently and imperceptibly, shift voters' political
attitudes, mobilizing or suppressing their willingness to vote.
Media outlets can, by modifying
the underlying logic settings of their algorithms, easily seize control of the
traffic codes governing vast numbers of users — for instance, by reinforcing
the algorithmic weighting given to points of interest and interaction rates,
capturing the curve of a user's attention and emotional fluctuations, gathering
up fragments of a user's information, and transforming what was once
interest-based recommendation into forced delivery — thereby tailoring, for
each individual user, an "information cocoon" custom-built to fit
them. The algorithm will, in accordance with a voter's political leanings,
forcibly and ceaselessly push political advertisements and interactive content
that align with their pre-existing biases, completely severing any opportunity
for them to encounter opposing viewpoints, locking voters firmly within their
"information cocoon."
Media outlets can also carry
out targeted hypnosis through high-frequency information force-feeding. With
merely a few inconspicuous lines of code, they can, without anyone's knowledge,
tailor and deliver specific issues to specific users — for example, repeatedly
pushing negative fragmentary information about crime, immigration, or economic
recession — quietly implanting a sense of anxiety within the user, and inducing
them, at the moment of voting, to make choices that align with what the
platform or the capital pulling strings behind the scenes expects of them.
2. Covert Censorship and Selective Blindness. This is the most
concealed and most malicious flow-control technique employed by the so-called
"free media." A platform will not openly ban the account of a
political dissident or an awakened member of the public; instead, it covertly
alters algorithmic weightings so that the content that person posts can no
longer appear in anyone's recommendation feed or search results. The speaker
mistakenly believes they are still being heard, but in reality, their voice has
already been strike-degraded into an isolated island.
Those who control the media
will also, with an air of righteous solemnity, invoke the pretext of
"guarding against enemy-state cyber armies," disguising themselves in
the technical garb of "combating disinformation" and "intercepting
bot attacks," while directly carrying out, at the foundational level,
indiscriminate technical castration and permission circuit-breaking targeting
specific regions and ethnic groups. Such technocrats forge corrupt alliances
with authoritarian forces, severing at the source the channels through which
dissidents within the besieged fortress might transmit the truth to the free
world and participate in defending the battlefield of public opinion — thereby
indirectly lending aid to the communist tyranny's evil campaign of unrestricted
warfare.
5. Constitutional Defects and Hegemonism in Perfect Alignment
If election results can be so
easily swayed by the algorithmic weighting of mass media, then the electoral
system itself has already lost its legitimacy, legality, and authority. To
cling blindly to outdated practices under such circumstances is nothing less
than drawing a boundary around oneself and turning it into a prison. Yet this
is precisely the result of your decades-long adherence to old conventions and
refusal to move forward.
For decades, let me ask you:
what have you actually done? Apart from pretending not to see and pretending
not to care, what else have you accomplished? Since 1915, you have blindly
pursued the hegemonic doctrine of “America First.” Yet this narrow-minded
ideology of self-interest has never truly put America first. Do you know whose
ideas the 28th President of the United States, Woodrow Wilson, borrowed? They
were lines written in 1841 by the German poet Hoffmann von Fallersleben in his
widely circulated work Das Lied der Deutschen—“Germany above all” (Deutschland
über alles). Hitler and Nazi Germany later took that poetic sentiment and
developed it to an extreme, giving rise to such slogans as “Germany Awakening,”
“Blood and Soil,” “One People, One Reich, One Leader,” “Return to the Reich,”
and “Hail Victory.” Against this historical backdrop, does it not seem
narrow-minded, blind, and ridiculous to pursue the so-called “America First”
strategy once again? Had it not been for the constitutional framework of the
separation of powers struggling to turn the tide and barely holding the United
States together, who can say whether America might not have inevitably
descended into a second Nazi Germany?
Nor was this the only
coincidence. The narrow national policy of “America First” was later
transformed by Donald Trump into the feverish slogan “Make America Great
Again.” That ignorant showman, who understands neither history, nor democracy,
nor politics, nor economics, nor strategy, nor culture, nor civilization,
understands only transactional interests, short-sighted self-interest,
brute-force conquest, the manipulation of public sentiment, and deceitful lies.
From head to toe, inside and out, he reeks of the mentality of a petty
businessman. And yet an electoral system grounded in an obsolete Constitution
has twice propelled him onto the political stage. What a stark indictment of
how abysmal American politics has become, how incompetent the U.S. government
is, how unfortunate American society is, and how tragic the American people
are! This is nothing short of a supreme humiliation for all Americans!
Trump has played a double-faced
game, repeatedly treating Ukraine as a disposable pawn, shamelessly bowing and
scraping before war criminal Putin time and again in a vain attempt to stage
yet another drama of “aligning with Russia against Communism.” You should
understand that the “aligning with Communism against Russia” strategy you once
painstakingly cultivated caused the malignant tumor of the Yellow Communist
bandits to swell grotesquely, leaving behind endless catastrophic consequences.
And now you intend to resort to the same old tricks? As a democratic
government—even if that “democracy” exists in name only—are you really
incapable of exercising even the slightest effective restraint upon the
autocrat Trump? Is the collective intelligence of your entire establishment
truly so gravely deficient? One is compelled to seriously question your courage
and your competence. Perhaps you have simply become accustomed to standing on
the sidelines and talking big without breaking a sweat. But whenever an internal
threat descends upon your own heads, every single one of you turns into a
coward, a spineless jellyfish, instantly transforming into a soft-bodied
creature utterly devoid of courage or backbone!
“Make America
Great Again”—what exactly are you implying? You are effectively admitting
yourselves that America is currently not great enough, are you not? As the
saying goes, “Respect is earned, not demanded.” Why has America suddenly become
insufficiently great? Have you ever asked yourselves why? Even the dictator
Putin and the Yellow Communist bandit leader openly mock and despise the United
States—cheating, betraying, and selling out allies time and again for
short-term gain, completely unconcerned with America’s national standing and
dignity. Your slippery conduct, playing fast and loose and changing course
whenever convenient, is perfectly clear to the entire world. Yet you alone
continue to congratulate yourselves, burying your heads in the sand. How
absurd! How shameless!
After Trump usurped the
presidency in 2016, he broke, for the first time, the traditional
foreign-policy baseline maintained by both major American parties, recklessly
declaring that “NATO is obsolete.” He then brazenly resorted to commercial
extortion, reducing the sacred collective-defense commitment of Article 5 of
the North Atlantic Treaty to a mundane “commercial protection-fee contract.” He
publicly accused European allies, Germany in particular, of “free-riding” on
defense, and forcefully demanded that all nations immediately raise their
defense spending to 2% of GDP. During the same period, the autocrat Trump also
turned his guns on Japan and South Korea, threatening that unless they fully
covered the cost of U.S. forces stationed there—the entire cost of the American
military presence plus an additional 50% “profit”—the U.S. military would
withdraw from the Asia-Pacific, leaving them to face the enormous threat posed
by the Yellow Communist bandits alone.
In July 2018, during a
closed-door meeting at the Brussels summit, the autocrat Trump lost emotional
control entirely. He explicitly warned European leaders that if they did not
immediately raise defense spending to 2% by the end of that year—and even suggested
raising it to 4%—the United States would immediately and unilaterally withdraw
from NATO or cease fulfilling its defense obligations.
In February 2024, at a campaign
rally in South Carolina, the autocrat Trump went even further, unleashing
statements of a destructive and profoundly anti-human nature—encouraging Russia
to invade Ukraine. A severe Alzheimer's patient, having lost all restraint
after contracting madness, used the most vicious rhetoric to announce to the
world: I can be utterly unscrupulous and help the villain do evil! A model
country of democracy was instantaneously dragged by a political buffoon into a
foul-smelling sewer! The degree of his madness and viciousness was a hundred
times worse than that of the world’s evil Axis powers, Hitler in the past, and
the Yellow Communist bandit leader today!
Worse still, the autocrat
Trump’s utterly brain-dead tactic has been maliciously wielding the heavy club
of tariffs, aggressively launching an “indiscriminate global trade war.”
Viewing America’s bilateral trade deficits across the board as “plunder” and
“taking advantage” of the United States by free-world allies and hostile
nations alike, he tore up existing treaties, launched indiscriminate attacks
against numerous economic allies, and weaponized tariffs as an instrument of
economic plunder. Failing to distinguish friend from foe, he plunged headlong
into a bloody struggle governed by the law of the jungle. This type of
dimwitted conduct—harming oneself severely just to inflict damage on others—is
something only the foolish Trump could pull off! Fools rush in where angels
fear to tread, indeed.
If the autocrat Trump had
merely targeted his trade war strictly against the Yellow Communist bandits,
his achievements would have been monumental! But by indiscriminately attacking
strategic allies, he was bound to incur everlasting infamy, suffer a total
defeat, and drag the United States into an abyss of suffering. And is that not
precisely what has happened? Leaving all of America simmering with public
outrage and throwing the country into turmoil. From this, it is evident that
the autocrat Trump, by acting against the natural order and reversing the
proper course of affairs, is not “making America great again.” He is, in
reality, causing America to be isolated, to decline, and to fall into ruin.
Let us further examine the
savagery and arrogance of the autocrat Trump. Trump’s aggressive ambitions and
expansionist conduct are by no means passing whims, but an instinctual mindset
ingrained in his very marrow. In Trump’s parochial view, his savagery and
arrogance are demonstrated not merely in trading Ukraine—an independent
sovereign state—with war criminal Putin, but in directly treating the
sovereignty and territory of any independent nation he deems manipulable,
bullyable, and plunderable as commercial bargaining chips to be traded away or
annexed at will.
This robber logic is identical
to the gunboat commerce practiced from the 15th through the 19th centuries,
when multinational alliances used powerful ships and cannons to conduct trade
by force. It represents the resurgence of a fanatical, brutal, and extreme
“Great-Chauvinist” mentality, as well as the rekindling of Hitler’s “Nazi
ideology” and imperial Japan’s militarist “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity
Sphere” from World War II.
The Attempt to Seize Greenland：
On August 18, 2019, during his
first term, the autocrat Trump publicly acknowledged to the media his intention
to purchase Greenland. Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen responded
sternly: “Greenland is not for sale.” Trump immediately canceled his planned
state visit to Denmark.
On May 4, 2025, during his
second term, Trump refused in an interview to promise that he would “not use
force” to acquire Greenland. On December 22, 2025, in an interview with the
BBC, Trump issued the blunt declaration: “For national security, we must have
it.”
From January 3 to 7, 2026,
Trump began discussing plans with core advisers to “use the military” to take
control of the island. He also threatened that if Denmark refused to yield, he
would impose punitive tariffs of 25% on multiple European allies, including the
United Kingdom. It is clear that the heavy club of tariffs served merely as his
weaponized instrument of intimidation.
On January 21, 2026, at the
World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, facing united resistance from NATO
allies and the risk of the transatlantic alliance approaching collapse, Trump
was forced to state that he promised “not to use force or tariffs” to achieve
annexation, shifting instead toward negotiations.
From July 7, 2026, to the
present, according to disclosures by the British Telegraph, at a NATO-related
meeting in Ankara, Turkey, the autocrat Trump once again reversed course and
publicly reiterated to reporters: “That place should be controlled by the
United States, not Denmark.” His plan to control Greenland’s scarce mineral
resources through purchase or military expansion continues to be pushed forward
behind the scenes to this day.
The Attempt to Annex Canada：
On January 7, 2025, having just
won the election but not yet formally inaugurated, the autocrat Trump brazenly
declared at a fanatical press conference that “annexing Canada” should be
considered an option in America’s geopolitical strategy for the Western
Hemisphere.
Accordingly, upon taking
office, Trump launched a storm of tariff warfare against Canada over steel and
aluminum. From March 13 to 14, 2025, as U.S.-Canada tariff tensions escalated
across the board, Trump publicly declared to reporters in the Oval Office:
“Canada only works as a state.” He accused the United States of effectively
subsidizing Canada by $200 billion annually and threatened: “Either accept the
tariffs, or become the 51st state.” His nominee for ambassador to Canada
subsequently even mockingly referred to the Canadian Prime Minister as a
“governor.”
In November 2025, the White
House issued its latest “National Security Strategy” report, which legally and
politically downgraded Canada and other Western Hemisphere allies to “vassals”
of the United States, completely abandoning their equal alliance status held
since World War II.
From May 29 to June 3, 2026,
official Canadian data revealed that the economy had fallen into a technical
recession. On the night of June 2, Trump immediately reposted the news on his
platform Truth Social, provocatively captioning it “51st State,” which U.S.
Ambassador to Canada Pete Hoekstra promptly retweeted and followed up on.
The move triggered a fierce
backlash in Canadian political circles; Ontario Premier Doug Ford responded in
anger: “Canada is definitely not a commodity for sale!”
From July 2026 to the present
day, according to the latest reports by media outlets such as “The Washington
Post”, due to the autocrat Trump’s continuous tariff threats and his threats of
“51st state” annexation, Canadian travel to the United States and bilateral
economic exchanges have suffered their steepest decline in 50 years.
Favorability toward Canada among Republican voters has plummeted by 23%, and
the chain of trust within the free world has been thoroughly shattered by
Trump.
Faced with the autocrat Trump’s

You have established a narrow,
insidious, and malicious self-serving ideology, decorating the storefront with
superficial claims of defending so-called “universal values” to deceive the
public and conceal your true intentions. Domestically, you engage in fraudulent
elections, generalized democracy, and chaotic freedom; externally, you engage
in coercive trade, bully weaker nations, and practice annexationist diplomacy.

responsibility and duty to educate, discipline, regulate, and supervise. This
is the profound true meaning embedded in the concept of governance.
Now, measure yourselves against
this standard: How much of it have you actually achieved? If you feel ashamed,
then at least you still retain a sense of decency and can distinguish good from
evil. But if those in power themselves engage in reckless, outrageous misdeeds,
how can they lead by example and set a moral standard for others? Would that
not inevitably plunge the whole world into total chaos? Yet today’s politicians
all too often vulgarize and degrade "politics" into a mere scramble
for power, obsessing over seizing and dividing up narrow self-interests. Such
people are utterly unworthy of governing!
This is a soul-searching
interrogation directed at you on the levels of conviction, thought, morality,
and spiritual elevation. Yet, as this standard may be far too lofty and
unattainable—rendering all of you failing in comparison—let it serve, at the

only accomplish the following two points to turn the tide, restore order, and
reshape the course of history. These are matters of statecraft and governing
guidelines that you must treat with the utmost seriousness; no slackening

First: Absorb the Essence of Sun
Yat-sen's Five-Power Constitution to Remedy the Defects of the Outdated
Constitution: First and foremost, you must fully recognize that the fundamental
source of the deep-rooted maladies and chronic dysfunction afflicting the U.S.
government today stems from the backward electoral system generated by your
outdated Constitution. Objectively assessed, the American electoral system is

The government must possess
"governing power" (namely administrative, legislative, judicial,

is, the government must possess the capacity to govern the state. The most

possesses an unshakable, self-evident rationality, legitimacy, and correctness,

In human history, up to this
day, no constitutional system has ever been designed with such perfection, such

surpass it. The Five-Power Constitution can truly be called a monumental

in quality is immediately stark. The constitutional system of the United
